Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of data and identity products for its global B2B suite. You will partner with data engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to shape offerings, drive revenue, and optimize adoption.

The role requires 3+ years in product management, strong communication, and experience with data-centric environments. This is a remote position with global reach and a focus on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
• Proven knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmap aligned to broader strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and delivery teams.
• Own backlog, user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Establish quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (revenue, adoption, availability).
• Support product launches, positioning, and adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements based on metrics.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, legal, and security requirements.
