Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data and identity products for data-centric businesses worldwide. You will partner with data engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into commercial offerings and shape the data culture.

You will direct product strategy from conception to end of life, managing roadmaps, backlog, and KPIs while aligning with privacy and compliance requirements and driving competitive differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
• Proven and Demonstratable knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.

Responsibilities

• Fully own and direct product strategy and execution for Acxiom's B2B Suite from conception through end of life.
• Gather and define requirements from stakeholders and prioritize into a roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute product plans.
• Manage product backlog, user stories, and KPIs including revenue, adoption, and availability.
• Establish quarterly OKRs and product KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Work with privacy, legal, and compliance teams across the product lifecycle.
