Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to deliver data products for data-centric businesses globally. The ideal candidate will collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to create commercial offerings and help shape our data culture.

Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom’s Data & Identity Layer from conception through end of life, partnering with engineering, design, and delivery to meet goals and drive product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.

Responsibilities

• Fully functional and self-directed within defined product scope.
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced associates.
• Act as DRI for a product, sub-product, or defined capability.
• Collect and prioritize market and stakeholder requirements into actionable enhancements.
• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned to strategy.
• Build and maintain product business plans to support revenue, adoption, and cost efficiency.
