Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data and identity capabilities globally. You will shape product strategy, own the backlog, and work with data engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to deliver commercial data offerings.

This role requires collaboration across product, design, engineering, and marketing to drive adoption and revenue while adhering to privacy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or information-intensive products.
• Proven knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Owns and defines product roadmap and backlog aligned to strategy.
• Partners with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute development plans.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders for launches and adoption.
• Monitors KPIs such as revenue, adoption, availability, quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensures privacy, legal, and compliance requirements throughout lifecycle.
• Escalates cross-product dependencies and strategic investments to leadership.
• Drives continuous improvement based on financial and client metrics.
