Job summary

Acxiom seeks a talented Product Manager to deliver data and identity products to data-centric businesses worldwide. You will partner with data engineering and analytics teams to shape commercial offerings and translate capabilities into customer value.

You will own the product lifecycle, define requirements, backlog, and roadmaps while collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and privacy/compliance to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or other information-intensive product environments.
• Proven knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.
• The position is not eligible for any sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom's B2B Suite.
• Gathers requirements and defines a roadmap across stakeholders.
• Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams on development plans.
• Owns product backlog and prioritizes user stories.
• Establishes quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (revenue, adoption).
• Supports launches with Sales, Marketing and adoption efforts.
• Monitors performance and drives improvements based on metrics.
• Coordinates with privacy, legal, and compliance across the lifecycle.
