Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Director with deep Data & AI expertise and a proven record of owning P&L for large, multi-client data platform modernization programs. This leader will drive parallel modernization engagements, oversee multi-disciplinary global teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes while shaping client strategy and transformation roadmaps. This is a delivery leadership role, not a program administration role: we are looking for someone who has personally led legacy-to-modern data platform transformations end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Own P&L, margin, and delivery outcomes for a portfolio of concurrent data platform modernization engagements.
• Lead legacy-to-modern platform transformations end to end: discovery, architecture alignment, migration planning, build, data validation, parallel runs, cutover, and hypercare.
• Drive accelerated, AI-enabled delivery: apply accelerators, code conversion tooling, and AI-assisted engineering to compress timelines and improve quality.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for clients and partners; manage executive stakeholders, delivery risk, and organizational change across client and internal teams.
• Govern and scale multi-shore delivery teams (onsite/offshore), ensuring operational excellence, predictable milestones, and client satisfaction on fixed-bid engagements.
• Champion solution and architecture reviews across data platforms, ensuring robust designs and safe cutover strategies.
• Build reusable delivery frameworks, playbooks, and knowledge assets that strengthen delivery maturity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT services/consulting with data platforms and analytics as the core expertise; 8+ years in delivery leadership.
• Proven P&L ownership on multi-million-dollar, multi-client programs.
• Demonstrated success leading data platform modernization programs (legacy to modern cloud platforms), including AI-enabled and accelerator-driven delivery, migration planning, data validation and reconciliation strategies, parallel runs, and cutover execution.
• MarTech domain expertise is a must: customer data platforms, identity resolution, audience and campaign data flows.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, and change management skills at CxO level; consulting orientation with solution shaping and transformation roadmap experience.
• Experience with modern cloud data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, dbt or equivalent) and global onsite/offshore delivery models.
