Vitu is hiring a Data Integration Specialist I (Remote) to support customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with product features, services, and configuration issues, and may provide one-on-one training.

You will document inquiries and resolutions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and perform quality checks on integrations. The role emphasizes an effortless customer experience, security procedures, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven customer support or client service experience.
• Strong phone and email handling skills with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in title, registration, DMV, or dealership preferred.
• Technical support and basic coding knowledge experience preferred.
• Excel / Google / Visual Basic formula knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of data types (CSV, TSV, XML, XLS, XLSX).
• Critical thinking required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Receive and respond to customer requests via the inbound call queue and support ticketing systems.
• Provide an effortless customer experience by asking questions and actively listening to understand issues.
• Provide support, solving standard and recurring issues with configuration or basic questions about the solution.
• May provide one-on-one training for new/existing customers as needed while working on support issues to drive satisfaction.
• Apply internal security tools/processes to assess customer records or other electronic information.
• Document customer inquiries, status, and resolution.
• Work across teams when needed and follow up with customers to resolve issues satisfactorily.
• Perform quality checks on new and existing solutions to validate outcomes.
• Document issues and partner with teams to resolve them.
• And additional needs as assigned by Management.
