Qualifications

• 8+ years of data governance experience, incl. 2+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data management, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with data governance tools like Purview, Collibra, or Informatica.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the enterprise data governance program.
• Lead discussions with the Data Governance Council and executive leadership bodies.
• Serve as the primary contact for data governance matters across the organization.
• Partner with data owners and stewards to define data standards and controls.
• Track and report on data quality issues and program KPIs.
• Drive change management initiatives for data governance practices.
• Define the data governance technology strategy and manage related tools.
