Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee safety, security, and compliance of the data center infrastructure.

Under Security Manager and Director, you will supervise Security Officers and Shipping/Receiving staff, ensuring protection of executives and high-risk individuals. You will serve as SME for access control, alarms, and surveillance, develop security procedures, conduct audits, and coordinate with internal and external parties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of security leadership experience in data center, industrial, or critical infrastructure.
• Active certifications such as CSG or CPO required within six months.
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to manage large teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for Security Officers and Shipping/Receiving staff.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
• Maintain access control, CCTV, and alarm systems; ensure incident response readiness.
• Prepare security reports and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Lead security audits and compliance activities.
