Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of security officers and shipping/receiving staff at a data center. You will manage daily operations, enforce security protocols, and coordinate with DCOPS to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5–7 years security leadership, expertise in access control, CCTV, and incident response. Certifications such as CSG or CPO are expected within six months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of security leadership experience in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Active certifications such as CSG or CPO required within six months of starting.
• Experience with access control systems, CCTV, alarm and incident management.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations for a team of Security Officers and Shipping/Receiving staff; manages planning, scheduling, and performance.
• Identify and attract talent through recruitment partnerships and interviews.
• Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures to protect the data center, assets, and personnel.
• Coach staff and oversee performance management and development.
• Coordinate security vendor onboarding training with relevant teams.
• Act as first point of contact during security incidents and prepare incident reports.
• Manage security systems operation (access control, CCTV, alarms, etc.).
• Prepare and review periodic security reports for clients and leadership.
