Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers seeks a Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of security professionals, protect data-center assets, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards. You will act as SME for access control, alarms, and surveillance, while coordinating with DCOPS to keep facilities secure.

You will manage performance, develop staff, and oversee incident response, audits, and training, including onboarding of vendors and ensuring adherence to dress code and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in security leadership or similar roles.
• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure security preferred.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HIPAA regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to navigate security technologies and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and shipping/receiving staff daily.
• Identify and attract security team talent and hire accordingly.
• Develop and enforce security protocols to protect data centers and personnel.
• Coach staff and manage performance across sites.
• Handle security incidents as first point of contact and oversee investigations.
• Oversee access control, CCTV, and other security systems on shift.
• Prepare periodic security reports for clients and leadership.
