Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer Level 1 to support a data center site. You will manage access control, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and document actions with clear, concise reports.

The role requires collaboration with the Data Center Operations Team and other departments to maintain a secure, professional environment. We value vigilance, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a security role, or equivalent education/experience.
• Mandatory active certifications such as CSG or CPO within six months of start.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper identification for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems; patrol posts.
• Investigate and report security, safety, and maintenance issues.
• Prepare concise shift activity and incident reports.
• Assist with Shipping & Receiving tasks and site emergencies.
