Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee safety, security, and compliance of data center infrastructure.

You will supervise Security Officers and Shipping/Receiving staff, manage incident response, and collaborate with the DCOPS team to ensure robust security measures at assigned locations. The role requires SME knowledge of access control, alarms, CCTV, and surveillance platforms, with a focus on policy implementation, training, and continuous

Qualifications

• Experience in data center security and loss prevention.
• Strong knowledge of access control systems, surveillance technologies, and incident response procedures.
• Familiar with SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, OSHA requirements and security governance.
• Active certifications such as CSG or CPO are preferred or to be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Security Officers and Shipping/Receiving staff.
• Coordinate security protocols, audits, and compliance with internal/external stakeholders.
• Lead performance management, recruitment, and career development for security teams.
• Serve as SME for access controls, alarms, CCTV, and related security platforms.
• Prepare and review security reports for clients and leadership.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate investigations as directed.
