Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. seeks a Security Site Supervisor to oversee safety, security, and compliance of data center facilities.

You will supervise Security Officers and Shipping/Receiving staff, ensuring access control, CCTV, and incident response are consistently applied. You will coordinate with DCOPS, conduct investigations, and manage security manuals and clearances while supporting regulatory requirements and client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 2–4 year degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in security roles in industrial, commercial, or governmental sectors.
• Experience with access control, CCTV, incident management systems, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and staffing at the data center.
• Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Develop and enforce security protocols aligned with SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HIPAA.
