Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. seeks a Security Officer Level 1 to support the Data Center Operations Team. You will manage access control, monitor CCTV, investigate incidents, and complete incident reports while maintaining a secure environment for personnel and property.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and staying compliant with security procedures. Prior data center security experience is a plus; certifications such as CSG or CPO are mandatory within six months of

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active certifications such as CSG or CPO within six months of starting employment.
• Experience in a security role, preferably in data centers, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees, clients, vendors, and visitors have proper company-issued ID.
• Patrol assigned posts on foot to maintain visibility and deter incidents.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems for anomalies and respond to incidents.
• Prepare concise incident reports and logs for supervisory review.
• Assist with Shipping & Receiving tasks when needed and coordinate with other departments.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local responders as required.
