Job summary

Stäubli is seeking a Data Centers Key Account Manager/Sales Engineer to lead strategic relationships with key clients, drive revenue and ensure retention. You will coordinate across the FCS division, develop growth strategies, and analyze sales data as a trusted advisor to customers.

Reports to the North America Local Business Head; travel up to 75% domestically and internationally; remote role with onboarding in Duncan, SC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering with Mechanical or Thermal preference.
• 3 years of sales experience in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years as a key account manager in a technical field, preferably in thermal management for data centers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for Staubli Data Center key accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Educate customers on Staubli products and services.
• Provide technical presentations, demos and workshops.
• Share forecasts and market trends; contribute to strategy.
• Collaborate with global teams via CRM and attend events.
