Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of field sales, key account management, or business development experience.
• Proven success developing and securing strategic customer relationships.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex customer organizations and long sales cycles.
• Strong communication with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of MS Office 365 and CRM systems.
• Experience with automated testing systems, test & measurement, or automation technologies (preferred).
• Experience selling to OEMs, integrators, manufacturers, or end users (preferred).
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductor, Automotive, or Healthcare Device Manufacturing markets (preferred).
