Job summary

Stäubli is seeking a Data Center Key Account Manager/Sales Engineer to manage strategic relationships with data center clients, driving revenue, and ensuring customer retention.

You will act as the primary contact, coordinating with the FCS Division to meet customer demands, and developing strategies for growth. You will educate customers on Stäubli solutions and deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Thermal preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years of key account management in a technical field, with focus on thermal management for data centers/high-performance computing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Data Center key accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Develop account strategies and coordinate with FCS Division to meet customer demands.
• Educate potential customers on Stäubli products and services and generate business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Attend North American and Global meetings to align strategy with management and Data Centre team.
• Communicate forecasts and market trends to stakeholders; create routine reports.
