WSP is seeking a Project Manager (Data Centers) to join our team in Houston, TX, with consideration for San Diego, CA; New York, NY; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA. The role offers a remote option and involves leading cross-functional teams on large-scale data center electrical infrastructure projects.

You will oversee scope, budgets, schedules, safety, QA/QC, and stakeholder communications, coordinating with design, procurement, and construction to drive on-time delivery while adhering to regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of project management in power, T&D or utility engineering environments.
• Experience delivering feeder, distribution, or grid modernization projects.
• Familiarity with NERC, IEEE, NEC and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with EPC delivery and capital programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering power distribution and utility engineering projects.
• Manage multiple projects with budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Maintain WBS aligned with EPC project delivery models.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with utilities, clients, and regulators.
