Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Manager (Data Centers) to join our team in Houston, TX, with consideration for San Diego, CA; New York, NY; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA. The role offers a remote option and involves leading cross-functional teams on large-scale data center electrical infrastructure projects.

You will oversee scope, budgets, schedules, safety, QA/QC, and stakeholder communications, coordinating with design, procurement, and construction to drive on-time delivery while adhering to regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7+ years of project management in power, T&D or utility engineering environments.
Experience delivering feeder, distribution, or grid modernization projects.
Familiarity with NERC, IEEE, NEC and regulatory requirements.
Experience with EPC delivery and capital programs.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams delivering power distribution and utility engineering projects.
Manage multiple projects with budgets, schedules, and resources.
Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules.
Maintain WBS aligned with EPC project delivery models.
Ensure QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance across the lifecycle.
Coordinate with utilities, clients, and regulators.
