Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-value data-center infrastructure projects, owning cost, schedule, scope, procurement, and client outcomes.

This role directs PMs, APMs, and coordinators, serves as the primary client interface, and requires deep experience with MEP systems, risk management, and sophisticated contracting strategies. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Direct oversight of trade contractors in energized construction settings.
• Proven commercial and contract leadership including GMP/NTE-type contracts.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value data-center infrastructure projects.
• Own cost, schedule, scope, procurement, and client outcomes across engagements.
• Direct PMs, APMs and Project Coordinators; serve as primary client interface.
• Develop MOPs, manage risk, and provide rigorous, data-driven reporting.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, controls, and other trades; ensure commissioning and QA.
