Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, is seeking a Data Center Partnership Leader to drive strategic interoperability and growth through partnerships and new business models. This role will coordinate with technology partners, customers, and industry peers to create value and revenue streams in the data center ecosystem.

You will define the partnership strategy, lead executive-level collaboration platforms, and expand alliances with hyperscale operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex high-value partnerships.
• Experience in technology sector business development and strategic alliances.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate new business models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the comprehensive partnership strategy for the data center business.
• Own and advance strategic alliances with key technology players, driving joint development of reference designs and GTM campaigns.
• Identify, evaluate, and commercialize innovative business models to capture new revenue streams.
• Establish and lead executive-level collaboration platforms and co-innovation councils with hyperscale and colocation operators.
• Expand relationships with industry consortiums and standard bodies to position the company as a thought leader in data center sustainability.
