Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) seeks an experienced Project Architect for data center projects. You will lead a diverse team of architects and engineers, oversee entitlements, campus planning, and building design, and ensure performance against schedule and budget.

Strong communication and leadership are essential. The role favors candidates with LEED accreditation, Revit expertise, and at least eight years in the A/E industry, including three+ years in data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and licensure required.
• LEED Accredited preferred.
• Minimum eight years' experience in the A/E industry.
• Three or more years of Data Center project experience.
• Proficient in Revit and project coordination.
• Ability to lead remote teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams across integrated architecture and engineering.
• Oversee site planning, master planning, and entitlements for data centers.
• Develop concepts for building systems and documentation through CA.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to meet goals.
• Prepare and review project specifications and technical documents.
• Travel to project sites as required and manage design discipline work plans.
