Job summary

Hed is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Mission Critical team in delivering data center buildings for US and international clients. You will lead design efforts, coordinate with clients, developers, authorities, and consultants, and direct a diverse project team to meet schedule and budget goals.

The ideal candidate has a licensed architecture credential, LEED preference, at least eight years in A/E, and three+ years on data center projects, with strong Revit skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and licensure required.
• LEED Accredited preferred, with a passion for sustainable and resilient design.
• Minimum eight years’ experience in the A/E industry required.
• Three or more years of experience with Data Center projects.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary project team for data center projects.
• Oversee schematic design through construction administration.
• Develop and document project specifications.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to align scope and budget.
• Mentor staff and manage project plans.
