Job summary

HED is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead data center projects within a growing Mission Critical team. You will guide site planning, building systems from schematic to CA, and coordinate with a diverse client and project team to ensure design excellence.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in A/E, 3+ years on data centers, and strong communication and leadership capabilities. Remote collaboration and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and licensure required; LEED accreditation preferred.
• Minimum eight years in the A/E industry with 3+ years on Data Center projects.
• Strong understanding of coordination across design disciplines and project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead site and master planning with client and civil teams for entitlements and approvals.
• Develop building system concepts from schematic design through construction phase documentation.
• Support project pursuits with scope and fee development alongside PM and Principal in Charge.
• Act as team leader on large, complex, integrated architecture and engineering projects.
• Maintain direct client interaction with sophisticated stakeholder groups.
