Job summary

Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) seeks an experienced Project Architect to join its Mission Critical team, delivering data center buildings for US and international clients. The role is hands-on, leading a diverse team of architects and engineers and ensuring design excellence from concept through construction.

The ideal candidate will have eight-plus years in A/E, three+ years on data centers, Revit proficiency, and LEED is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and licensure.
• LEED Accredited preferred; passion for sustainable design.
• Minimum eight years of A/E experience.
• Three+ years on Data Center projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage with a diverse project team of clients, developers, and authorities.
• Oversee site and master planning for entitlements and building design.
• Develop building system concepts from schematic through construction.
• Prepare and document project scopes, fees, and contracts.
• Direct project team members and ensure quality across disciplines.
