Job summary

HED is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join its Mission Critical team, delivering data center projects for US-based and international clients. The ideal candidate will lead a combined architecture/engineering effort, coordinating with clients, developers, authorities, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and licensure required.
• LEED Accredited preferred.
• Eight+ years of experience in the A/E industry.
• Three+ years of Data Center project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage with a diverse project team including client, developers, local authorities, architects and engineers.
• Oversee project milestones and ensure alignment with contractual/financial objectives.
• Prepare and monitor discipline work plans and project specifications.
• Perform site entitlements, building design development and construction administration.
• Sign and seal documentation prepared under supervision and participate in project meetings.
