Job summary

Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Mission Critical team, delivering data center buildings for US-based and international clients. The ideal candidate will lead project teams, coordinate with clients, developers, authorities, architects and engineers, and manage master planning, schematics through construction administration.

Required: Bachelor's degree and licensure; eight+ years in the A/E industry; three+ years on data center projects; Revit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and licensure required.
• Minimum eight years' experience in the A/E industry.
• Three or more years of experience with Data Center projects.
• Proficient in Revit; strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site and master planning with client and civil teams.
• Develop building system concepts from schematics through construction administration phases.
• Engage during project pursuits to support scope and fee development.
• Function as team leader on large, complex, integrated projects.
• Client facing, with diverse stakeholders; oversee project team members.
• Prepare and monitor discipline work plans; document code research.
• Attend project meetings and review submittals; monitor quality.
