Job summary

Sales Talent, Inc. is seeking an experienced enterprise data center sales professional to build and lead a new U.S. data center business.

This remote role requires developing key customer relationships across data center construction, connectivity, and infrastructure deployment, with autonomy to shape strategy and drive growth. You will sell a broad portfolio of fiber optic and connectivity products to direct customers, distributors, and channel partners, with travel as needed and potential for

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably including fiber optic or data center products.
• Proven experience selling physical network infrastructure to data center customers.
• Strong new business development, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Familiarity with fiber optic cabling or related infrastructure.
• Ability to manage a territory independently with proactive follow-up

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across the enterprise data center market in the Midwest and Eastern United States.
• Develop relationships with organizations involved in data center construction, connectivity, and infrastructure deployment.
• Sell through direct customers, distributors, engineering firms, integrators, OEMs, and channel partners.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and position the company’s products for new projects and ongoing infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and help shape the U.S. data center strategy.
• Take ownership of your territory and results with considerable independence
