Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp. is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive orders and sales of Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) in data centers.

You will identify customer pain points, craft application-level value propositions, and nurture relationships with data center owners, engineering firms, and integrators. You will collaborate with engineering and sales to deliver quantified value and optimize system-level outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in HVAC air flow and cooling in data centers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with sales experience to OEMs/consultants/end-users.
• Experience with CRM software and project management.

Responsibilities

• Influence data center cooling specifications with stakeholders.
• Provide pre-sales consulting on applications like CRAC/CRAH, Air Handlers, Chillers, etc.
• Develop quantified value messaging for PES products and services.
• Recommend PES products in collaboration with Product Management and Application Engineering.
• Understand HVAC architectures for integration and data center systems.
