Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Data Center PES Product Manager to grow orders by developing application-level value propositions for the Air Moving portfolio. You will collaborate across engineering, sales, and PM teams to tailor solutions for CRAC/CRAH, air handlers, package units, and Chillers, while driving profitable growth.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, system-level requirements, and quantified value messaging, with travel 25-50% and remote-friendly collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in HVAC airflow and data center cooling applications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with sales experience to OEMs and consultants.
• Analytical, problemsolving, negotiating and relationship skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Influence data center specifications with owners, engineers and integrators.
• Offer pre-sales consulting on data center applications and sizing.
• Develop quantified value messaging for PES products.
• Collaborate with PM and applications engineering on PES recommendations.
• Understand data center architectures for IoT/integration and monitoring.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term relationships.
• Monitor competitors and drive new product development.
• Participate in new product development for electric motors and airflow systems.
