Job summary
Regal Rexnord in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Sales Application Engineer – Data Centers to provide technical application expertise for airflow, motion control, and power transmission. On-site role with daily customer engagements, developing proposals and technical quotations aligned with Data Center performance and reliability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field.
- Strong ability to interpret specifications, drawings, and performance data.
- Experience with data center systems or HVAC, power distribution, or motion control.
- Proven customer-facing skills including consultative selling and presentations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Milwaukee and travel occasionally.
- Proficiency with standard engineering and office software; CAD familiarity is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer requirements and develop tailored proposals.
- Prepare technical quotations aligned with data center performance, efficiency and reliability goals.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering to optimize solutions.
- Present solution concepts to customers and contribute to demonstrations and training.
- Gather voice-of-customer feedback to inform future product development.
