Job summary

Otak is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead multiple data center construction projects across the United States. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and operators to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction or design, with 3+ years in data centers and experience as an Owner's Representative. PE/RA is a plus, and PMP/CMIT certifications are preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction or design-related fields, including 3+ years in data center construction environments and experience serving as an Owner's Representative.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent datacenter construction projects from early planning through completion.
• Oversee greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit projects through all phases including site due diligence, land development, detailed design, permitting, construction administration, and turnover to Operations.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external consultants, including architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty vendors.
