Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data center design and/or construction is preferred.
• 7+ years of design/construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning and kickoff workshops with internal & external stakeholders.
• Coordinate design activities with procurement and construction.
• Lead design reviews and manage changes to project scope and contracts.
• Define, track, and report deliverables, cost, schedule, and scope.
