ABB is seeking a CoE Field Service Operations Manager for the Data Center Services Center of Excellence in the United States. The role leads day-to-day service activities, drives strategy, and ensures customer-focused execution across field operations.

You will oversee surge team operations, develop talent, and collaborate with ABB teams to deliver end-to-end service with emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required.
• Data Center Start-up and commissioning knowledge.
• Experience with field service personnel development.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day service activities for the Data Center Services Center Of Excellence (US).
• Develop and review field service strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Ensure strong customer focus and drive KPI-based performance management.
• Lead Surge Team onboarding, training, and timesheet validation.
• Collaborate across ABB teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
