Ladders, a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, seeks a Business Development Manager - Data Centers to expand our commercial and industrial data center footprint. This fully remote role targets hyperscale and colocation accounts across the United States, driving growth and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in BD/sales, a solid grasp of data center trends, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years in business development, sales, or account management in commercial and industrial markets.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of data center and C&I market trends.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel 25–50% for customer meetings and events.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies for the commercial and industrial data center market.
Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities with hyperscale and colocation customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
