Job summary

ProFound People is seeking a Data Center Build Program Manager to glue a new data center build together, coordinating Design, Engineering, Construction and Network Deployment from cabling start through to Production Ready. You will own the milestone tracker, drive commitments across teams, escalate risks when timelines slip, and report clearly to senior leadership on what is at risk and why.

This remote-first role requires travel about 15% and experience with hyperscale data centers is strongly

Qualifications

Experience managing data center build projects.
Capable of managing $1M-$10M projects with multiple streams.
Experience with data center phases: foundation, cable start, TFO, commissioning, network turn-up.
Experience with MSPs and field operations in live data centers.
Hyperscale data center experience preferred.
Comfort with AI tools for automation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Own milestone tracker and drive commitments across Design, Engineering, Construction and Network Deployment.
Escalate risks when timelines slip and communicate impact to senior leadership.
Coordinate across design, engineering, construction, and network deployment teams to keep milestones on track.
Maintain accountability and provide clear risk assessments and mitigation plans.
