US Signal is looking for a Data Center Construction Manager to drive our mission‑critical infrastructure builds from ground up. You’ll lead engineering teams, utility providers, contractors, and executive customers to keep projects on track and deliver with precision.

In this high‑visibility role you will own site permitting, steer power and utility procurement, maintain executive relationships, and oversee handoff from construction to operations. Expect 25–35% travel and monthly site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, or complex commercial builds.
• Proven ability to lead executive relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design through preconstruction and drive execution to construction completion.
• Own site permitting for new and expanding data center locations.
• Drive power and utility procurement strategies with utility providers.
• Represent US Signal with customers, partners, and contractors.
• Oversee handoff from construction to operations for seamless readiness.
• Travel 25–35% to active sites and conduct monthly site visits.
