Job summary

CPG is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the delivery and coordination of customer accounts within data center and critical infrastructure services. This remote role partners with Account Managers to ensure seamless service operations, effective stakeholder communication, and accurate tracking of account activity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account coordination, operations support, or customer service.
• Experience in data centers or critical infrastructure preferred.
• Microsoft Office and NetSuite knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in the day-to-day management of customer accounts.
• Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and proactive communication.
• Provide regular updates on account activity, service delivery status, and open items.
• Assist in preparing for customer meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians, OEM vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor work orders and service tickets to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as liaison between field teams, operations management, and account leadership.
• Ensure technicians meet safety and site access requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Up to 20% travel.
