Davis Elen Advertising is seeking an Account Coordinator to support daily account management and ensure smooth operations for our clients and team.

This remote-first role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who owns responsibilities from start to finish and communicates effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Some in-person meetings and travel across New England may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
• Prior internship or relevant agency/marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Creative Support: assist in campaign development, budget tracking, and talent cycle management.
• Traffic creative assets to media vendors to ensure campaigns launch on time following process.
• Merchandising/Point of Purchase: build monthly restaurant guides and train personnel.
• Client & Meeting Logistics: coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and manage day-of logistics.
• Manage client communication: draft emails and distribute monthly recap emails.
• Administrative & Operational Support: submit weekly invoices and keep documentation up-to-date.
• Local Activation: support event execution and travel within New England for meetings and activations.
