Job summary

Caliber Service Management is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Account Management team in delivering facilities services to clients. The role involves coordinating with external vendors and monitoring performance to ensure timely, quality service.

The position is based at our corporate headquarters with travel to client sites as needed. The candidate will assist the Account Manager with service requests, vendor onboarding, and maintaining accurate client and vendor records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required
• Industry Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Account Manager with day-to-day delivery of facilities services
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule appointments
• Oversee vendor performance for timeliness and quality
• Refer client escalations to Account Managers for quick resolutions
• Maintain current vendor and client information in the database
• Build and nurture the subcontractor network
• Assist with onboarding new vendors with internal teams
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• Stay informed on Caliber products and services
• Ensure client needs are understood and addressed
