Job summary

Maximus is seeking a remote Analyst to support a federal program in a consolidated contact center environment. You will build reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to operational leaders, deliver daily reports to the client, and conduct ad hoc analyses of trends and data.

This is a fully remote role with eligibility restrictions based on US residency and security clearance requirements. The position is contingent upon contract award and requires passing a federal background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience.
• US citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience in a call center environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
• Experience with MicroStrategy preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Deliver daily reports directly to the client.
• Perform ad hoc analyses of trends and data.
• Design database reports based on requester requirements.
• Query data, extract data, and ensure security of components.
• Create user guides and train on database reports.
