Job summary
Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support seeks a Manager, Data Analytics & Decision Science to lead a team turning data into actionable insights that improve decisions and outcomes. You will partner across analytics, operations, technology, and strategy to modernize analytics and drive business value.
The role emphasizes adoption of Databricks, automation, data science, and AI-enabled analytics while coordinating with governance and data engineering to ensure trusted data and scalable
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of analytics leadership experience.
- Experience with Databricks or a similar modern cloud data and analytics platform.
- Strong SQL and BI tools experience.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, patient services, specialty pharmacy, payer, or related industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
- Partner with business leaders to identify the most important questions, decisions, and opportunities analytics can support.
- Deliver insights that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
- Develop analytics that look across businesses and programs to identify trends, benchmarks, leading indicators, and opportunities that may not be visible within individual programs.
- Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
- Partner with data engineering, technology, governance, and other teams to ensure analytics is built on trusted and scalable data.
