Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics & Decision Science to lead a team that turns data into actionable insights. You will partner with operations, technology, and strategy to modernize analytics, driving measurable outcomes and adopting Databricks and AI-enabled approaches.

The role requires strong leadership, business partnering, and the ability to translate questions into analytical actions that influence decisions across patient care, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in analytics leadership preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, economics, business, CS, engineering or related field.
• Experience leading and developing analysts or analytics teams.
• Experience with Databricks or a similar modern cloud data and analytics platform.
• Strong SQL and BI tool knowledge (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience applying AI/generative AI to analytics/workflows.
• Healthcare/pharma/payer or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with business leaders to identify key questions, decisions, and opportunities analytics can support.
• Deliver insights that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
• Develop analytics spanning multiple programs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
• Collaborate with data engineering, technology, governance, and other teams to ensure trusted, scalable data.
