Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics & Decision Science to lead a team turning data into insights that shape decisions and drive measurable outcomes. The role partners with executives to move analytics from reporting to predictive insights and prescriptive actions.

The Manager will modernize the analytics function, adopting Databricks, automation, data science and AI-enabled analytics, collaborating across analytics, operations, technology and strategy.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in analytics leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, or related field.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into analytical questions.
• Experience leading analysts or analytics teams.
• Experience with Databricks or a similar modern cloud data and analytics platform.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and BI tools.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, patient services, or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with business leaders to identify key questions and opportunities analytics can support.
• Deliver insights that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
• Develop analytics across programs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
• Partner with data engineering and governance to ensure trusted data.
