10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany, offering 3ml, 10ml and 30ml decants and samples across markets. You will own the lifecycle marketing strategy—from welcome journeys to loyalty and win-back—for a fast-growing D2C brand.

Lead segmentation and personalised campaigns across email, SMS, and on-site messaging, with testing to maximize revenue. Remote EU role or Dortmund office, with strong learning and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing for a D2C e-commerce brand with a large, multi-country customer base.
• Hands‑on with a modern ESP or CDP (Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, Resend or similar) and with HTML email
• Strong analytical habits: cohorts, holdout tests, attribution
• Excellent written English; another EU language is a plus
• Bonus: beauty, fragrance or consumer retail experience

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle strategy: welcome journeys, browse and cart recovery, post-purchase, replenishment, loyalty and win-back
• Build segmentation and personalisation on purchase history, scent preferences and behaviour
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, offers, timing and content, and grow revenue per recipient
• Localise campaigns for German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish and other EU audiences with the content team
• Own deliverability, list health and CRM data quality with engineering and data
• Report on retention, repeat purchase rate and CRM-attributed revenue
