Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support seeks a Manager, Data Analytics & Decision Science to lead a team turning data into actionable insights across patient, operations, and financial outcomes.

You will guide modernization via Databricks, automation, and AI-enabled analytics, partnering across analytics, operations, technology, and strategy. Strong people leadership and business partnering are essential.

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in analytics leadership, preferably in healthcare/pharma.
Strong ability to translate business problems into analytical questions.
Experience leading analytics teams and partnering with operations and IT.
Proficient with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
Strong SQL skills and BI visualization experience (Tableau/Power BI).
Experience applying AI to analytics or business workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
Partner with business leaders to identify key questions and opportunities.
Deliver insights that improve patient, operations, customer, and financial outcomes.
Develop cross-business analytics and identify trends and leading indicators.
