The role partners across analytics, operations, technology, and strategy to modernize workflows with Databricks, automation, data science, and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

Translates business problems into analytical questions and recommendations.
Leads and develops analysts or analytics teams.
Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Databricks preferred).
Strong SQL and BI tool knowledge (Tableau/Power BI).
Experience applying AI or generative AI to analytics or workflows.
Healthcare/pharma/payer or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
Partner with business leaders to identify questions and opportunities analytics can support.
Deliver insights that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
Develop cross-program analytics to identify trends and benchmarks.
