Cardinal Health, including Sonexus Access and Patient Support, seeks a Manager of Data Analytics & Decision Science to lead a team turning data into actionable insights that drive decisions and measurable outcomes.

The role partners across analytics, operations, technology, and strategy, modernizing analytics with Databricks, automation, data science, and AI-enabled approaches, while communicating findings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in analytics leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, economics, business, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical questions and recommendations.
• Experience leading and developing analysts or analytics teams.
• Experience with Databricks or a similar modern cloud data and analytics platform.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, patient services, payer, or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with business leaders to identify the most important questions, decisions, and opportunities analytics can support.
• Deliver insights that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
• Develop analytics that look across businesses and programs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
• Partner with data engineering, technology, governance, and other teams to ensure analytics is built on trusted data.
