Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus™ Access and Patient Support is seeking a data analytics professional to partner with pharmaceutical manufacturers, translating complex data into actionable insights.

You will analyze patient access and program performance, work with cross-functional teams, and present findings to non-technical audiences. The role is full-time and remote, with training 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST and typical hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong SQL skills with demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets.
  • Experience with Tableau or a comparable BI/visualization platform.
  • Ability to translate data and analysis into meaningful business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Cardinal Health Sonexus™ Access and Patient Support helps specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers remove barriers to care so that patients can access, afford and remain on the therapy they need for a better quality of life. Responsibilities

Partner directly with pharmaceutical manufacturer clients to understand business objectives, program performance, key questions, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal operations teams to identify trends, performance drivers, operational challenges, and opportunities to improve patient and client outcomes. Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses focused on patient access, program performance, operational effectiveness, and other business priorities. Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations. Develop compelling data stories that explain performance, identify underlying drivers, and help stakeholders determine appropriate actions. Proactively identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities within client programs beyond predefined reporting requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred 4-8 years of experience, preferred Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with clients, operational teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to translate data and analysis into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Strong problem‑solving skills and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to investigate beyond the initial question to understand underlying business drivers. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present analytical findings to non‑technical audiences. Strong SQL skills with demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets. Experience with Tableau or a comparable business intelligence and visualization platform.

TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES

Your new hire training will take place 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST, mandatory attendance is required. This position is full‑time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am-7:00 pm CST.

You will work remotely, full‑time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high‑speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high‑speed internet.

  • Maintain a secure, high‑speed, broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location.

Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $115,500
