The Manager, Data Analytics & Decision Science will lead a team responsible for turning data into insights that improve decisions, drive action, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This leader will help evolve the analytics function from primarily reporting on what happened to helping the business understand why it happened, what may happen next, and what actions should be taken. The role requires a strong people leader and business partner who can operate across analytics, operations, technology, and strategy. The Manager will also play a key role in modernizing how the team works, including adoption of Databricks, automation, data science, and AI-enabled analytics.
Your new hire training will take place 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, mandatory attendance is required. This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to work Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm CST. Schedule may vary depending on business needs.
You will work remotely, full-time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet.
Anticipated salary range: $106,700 - $152,400

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
